Aphrodite, the Goddess of Love, Sex, Beauty and Creativity is our inspiration for this four week course of feminine empowerment. 

She's the unclaimed archetype - the most ancient (and wise) of the Greek goddesses - the one who was sexually free and empowered, sensual, heart-centred, open to receiving love and support,  a mother, lover and wife - and a powerful, persuasive communicator.

The Aphrodite Empowerment Circle is the sacred container for exploring some key themes in both our personal lives:

• Self-Love and self-acceptance – the foundation of healthy intimate relationships 
• Intimate relationships – including boundaries & clearing blocks to emotional and sexual intimacy 
• Sex and sexuality - awakening sexual energy and its uses, how desire works, female anatomy of arousal
• Effective, authentic communication (including the power of vulnerability)
• Balancing your masculine and feminine energy

This is a 6 week committed and closed circle (max 15 women) beginning in late January.
